How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the service. Fractional CTO advisory is ongoing. A technology roadmap typically takes two to four weeks. An AI Enablement diagnostic and build usually runs two to four weeks depending on scope and availability.
Do you work with companies outside of professional services?
Yes. Professional services firms are a strong fit, but the advisory work applies to any organization that needs senior technology thinking. If you're not sure whether there's a fit, just reach out.
What does vendor-neutral actually mean?
We don't have commercial relationships with any vendors. No referral fees, no reseller agreements, no preferred partners. If we recommend a tool or vendor, it's because it's the right fit for your situation.
Can you work with our existing MSP or IT provider?
Yes. In most cases, the existing MSP relationship stays in place. We provide oversight and strategic guidance — a layer above the day-to-day IT management.
